As several stone tablets are found with Latin inscriptions in the ruins of Ötapu. After an earlier discovery this year of several Denarii which was the Roman currency during the Roman Empire. Archeologists have found several stonetablets with Latin Inscriptions in the ruins of Ötapu in South-Eastern Carthamia. The stone tablets describe a journal about a group of Romans fleeing from Iberia during the Visigoth and Vandal Invasion of the Peninsula. They probably set foot on the harbor of Ötapu after a journey by boat, sailing to the North-West. Tim Jacobs spoke with the archeological team from the University of Pötama at the ruins of Ötapu.
